Director-General International Co-operative Alliance
is 16th Director-General of the International Cooperative Alliance, which was founded in 1895. He began his 5-year mandate as director general in 2018.
Bruno has more than within the co-operative movement following his previous position as secretary general of , the sectoral organisation of the International Co- operative Alliance for industrial, artisanal, and service co-operatives (2002-2018). He has also served as secretary general of , the European conferderation of industrail and service co-operatives, and director of the European Co-operatives Groups. Prior to these posts, he co-ordinated development projects in China, India, Latin America, and Central-Eastern Europe. Bruno coordinated the group of representatives of organisations of co-operatives in Geneva during the 2001-2002 negotiations on the .
